Heard on a radio add that they say they will do it till the end of the month. I had one read there about a year ago though. I think they may be dropping the program.
Ford has already switched from the OBDII to the CAN setup. In Windsor I will read your codes for free as long as it is on your contour. Other than that $37.50 plus tax.

Princess auto has a few and 1 is on sale for $59.99, but it only reads codes.
I know it's not free, but if you end up having to pay for a scan you may just want to buy one.
