Another Silver Frost SVT in Wilkes Barre

Spotted another Silver Frost SVT Contour with PA plates. It was parked on Carey Ave. across from LAG Towing, down the street from E. L. Meyers High School.

When did you see it? I have yet to see an SVT in this area.

I was told by a friend at work that he sees the car parked across from LAG towing from time to time. I'm going to have to have him take pictures when he sees it next time. I will also be on the look out with a camera as well.
