Another one comes home

I would part that one out as well. Was that an auction car from an insurance company or a private party sell?

And why does UHaul trailers have those 45 MPH speed limit stickers on them? I know no one that actually goes that slow with them.

Plus how else is Joe going to pimp his trailer?

Yah, me need the interior. I sold all my spare prairie tan parts off long ago. Personally, if I was in Todras' shoes I would part it also. He is not in the market for another car and cost to fix is a little much:crazy:.....

Contour purchasing is an addiction. I can give you the number for my therapist .

She is 90% ready for the scraper. Trying to figure out if I can tow it behind a truck w/o brakes. LOL! I could use the ebrake but I can barely pull up on it. When I get there I'll pull the wheels/suspension off and leave it on the ground. Beats spending time cutting up the shell for a few hours. Scraper is 2 blocks from my house. Hmmm

Are they going to scrape the paint off or what? Did you get snow this week and they're scraping the windows? Who is the head scraper?

Just busting your balls for staying on top of the ad/add errors.

That was a quick tear down! How many guys worked on it? Just you and Mike?

Mark

Yep just us. We were actually working slow I thought. LOL! When you don't have a job a lot can get done in a day. Hahaha.

Few more things to pull, and she is getting dragged off to the scraper today! 2 days ahead of schedule.

I guess the more that "go away" like that one make the remaining ones that more special, hold on to those nice ones out there guys:cool:

The rest of it was disposed of today. $45 for the body. Next time I'm calling someone to haul the shell away for free. Not worth the time to cut it up.

i towed a very heavy load using a uhaul car trailer and that thing would sway like crazy when id get anywhere near 55, the speed limit. i think they put 45 just to keep it safe.

damn, only $45 to scrape it? we spent probably twice that much in materials cutting our sheel up. and it took forever!

No it is not Terry's truck. His is bright blue.

I spent $30 for sawzall blades. :help: Scrap prices are horrible compared to last year. I think it's like $55-70 a ton. It might even get lower the guy said. It wasn't even worth it to separate the aluminum that was .50 a lb last yeat.
