I'm assuming it has locking hubs?

Yup , the longer shifter is the 5-speed shifter , and the other one is the 4WD controls .
Paul - it doesn't have lock-in hubs per-se , it has auto hubs with a button to lock out once back in 2WD . Got to use the 4WD today - works like a charm .
I'm not sure how I want to go with the truck , raise it or not . It's already a pretty good step-up into it . It's gonna definately get some more aggressive meats in the future .

I like the 3 Hatch . I almost bought one , but decided on a 6 wagon to give us a bit more room w/the little one . I'm glad we did , but the 3 was a definate runner-up . The wife & I both liked driving them , especially the Speed 3 :drool: . A good car , IMHO .
