I remember reading somewhere that 2000 was the weakest year for diff's...

But, I may be wrong and i'm not sure where I read that...

2000 had weaker diffs, but better shift forks/synchro's

I can't ever remember reading of a 2000 diff failure. Anyone else?

I exploded my Diff in the first month of owning my car :nonono: LOL - 3L swap + first manual = boom. I just stripped out the spider gears, I was lucky.

Christmas came early that year :laugh:

It is - and I didn't add any. I mainly bought it for my 4x4 truck - I used it on the limited slips I've got in it.
