Alarm Clocks

He's supposed to leave at 4, but that never happens.
They have every other Friday off, so M-T 9 hours, F 8 hours, following week M-T 9 hours and Friday off.

I wake up instantly when my alarm goes off. I'm usually awake enough to be aware of it by the end of the first beep and it takes 5 or 6 beeps until I manage to get it shut off. With out the alarm I'm usually up by 7 or 7:30 no matter how late I go to bed.
