She needs a good paint job and she is originally a ny car do her rocker panels need tlc. But she has come along way from when I bought her from the salvage yard. Her hood is even powder coated, close color.
 
Have been busy with work but finally got her bolted down.

No haven't been able to get my hands on 3.5 coupling. Working on a cai design for into the fender. Not sure going 3 or 3.5. And looking into a full 3l version.
 
I was hoping to find something when I went to NY this weekend. I know of a electronic place that carries the resistor size needed for the side marker mod. Was gonna pick a handful of them up, used to work there years ago and still get a discount.
 
I picked the filter and adapter up from 79mustang315w. At times it sounds like she moosing though she has the anti moose adapter. Thanx have a couple of prototype fender pipes bent. Gotta bead the ends this coming week.
 
Glad I could help. Oh...and its 79mustang351w not 315w....dont be robbing cubic inches from my windsor! (Its actually 357ci with the .030" over bore) lol. Cant wait to see the prototype fenderwell tubes...keep the pictures coming!
 
If I were you I would try to separate the battery cable and the air filter from touching, mine kind of melted or burnt a little. And do not be ashamed or be afraid of posting more pics of this since it looks so nice.
