I got my new tranny installed and life is so much better now :laugh:. No more leaks and grinding. I'm still breaking it in, the shifting is really tight but it's starting to loosen up some now. The rearend is really nice now that it's all built and beefed up and the new gears slam you into the seat when you hammer it :crazy:. It will break loose on 2nd & 3rd gear shifts when you are on it so gotta pay attention but the fun factor is way past 10 now.
The new suspension stuff I also had installed (photo's where in a old post) the new rear lower/upper control arms and '01 bullitt springs increased the handling amazingly, corners unreal now,a and it's nice that I can adjust caster/camber.
I'm getting close to being done, Engine & body or Body & engine (which ever order I dicide) I'm also almost done with the specs for my motor and I was talking with dez about some of the other details since he will be doing the build. It will be some where in the range of 400-450rwhp n/a. He drove my car a few weeks ago and said I'm easily in the low 13's and could go 12.9's with a really good 60ft (not me driving, I don't have any passes to be that good) and slicks. The new motor would throw it into the 11's so after hearing that I'm more eager than ever. I'm not really a drag racer but nice knowing you own a 11sec street car. I'm happy owning a 13sec street car, I would probally even be happy with little less hp than the new motor speced out with but more is better right

GT500 on the dyno, didn't have any #'s they just started working on the tune.
