Can you notice any increased power by bypassing the CSVT's a/c compressor with Autozone's 4060625 belt?

I read on a few Mustang forums awhile back that stated bypassing or removing the a/c compressor could free up a few hp. I'm more of a "windows open" kind of guy so I would not mind trading the a/c for 10 hp. If the gain is any less than ten, it's probably not worth the sacrifice though.

Note: I know underdrive pulleys also help, but I plan to run a powerful audio system in the future and need the most from the alternator. Will this 4060625 belt take away from the alternator's power?:)

Exactly. You dont gain power when you bypass the AC. The real gain is when you remove the AC components from the car to decrease weight and increase air flow into the radiator and engine.
