225 huh? He is due for a break out game this year...and I think Gus will keep them honest with only 8 guys in the box and not 9.

lower level/end zone. I predict AP gets 125+yards, Gus goes down again and TJ comes in and gets an overtime win...26-20
 
thats total crap. we didnt lose the refs gave teh game to the vikings....that was a very poorly reffed game. best game of the year so far.

I do agree that the ref threw the game. You can clearly see the guy ripping the ball out when he was down. :nonono:

If our 1/4back new that running outside the end zone would be a touch back, this thing would of been in over time.
 
if that pass interfierance hadnt been called on bodden with like 1min to go we woulda won. and if the pass interferance woulda be called when calvin got mugged midfiled we woulda won....2 or 3 terrible block in the back calls on us. it was rediculous. teh reffs around the league are really droping the ball this year (no pun intended)

Wasn't that a 2nd or 3rd down only when the bad interferance call was made? They would have had to stop them another one or two times. But, wow, did the Vikings look bad. :nonono: At least Kevin Williams had 4 sacks that game.
 
even so the vikes were in there own territory and teh penalty essential was a good 20-30 yards. the way teh defence was playing i woul dhave trusted them to get that stop. point being lions played exelent ball today(for being the lions) and i hope that orlovski(sp) get teh start for the rest of the year.
 
I had to listen to "Lions south", aka the Bengals on my way home from the Dragon on Sunday and the teams are mirrors of each other, I even called their post game show, along with our own on WDFN, what a joke the Lions are:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Don't forget that fumble call. Even I knew, before the replays, that he held onto the ball and that the ground caused the fumble. Honestly, I don't think the Vikings should have won that game.

Agreed, that call pissed me off, but i just reassured myself that it's okay. I'd rather be 0-16 and get a good draft pick for next year:shrug:
