'99 SVT parts car and '99 SE to keep

Picked up a 99 SE for my brother with some damage. I knew I was picking up the 99 SVT parts car and could get some parts for the SE. Great runner for the price.

He calls it "The Beast"(friday 7pm)

hey man not bad, clean that front wheel, its gross! from the looks of those people, I'd say they like it! Unless, thats just how people look in WI :laugh:
 
^^^^ so positive SLVRFRST sheesh. It has a huge ding on the passenger rear from bouncing off a guard rail. We are definetly not making a SeVT out of this one. I just had a svt bumper in my shed that someone gave me and it was a perfect opportunity to use it on his first car.

How nice should that car really be for the price :laugh:?! No time to clean it yet. It needs a full detail and warshing. I would claybar the outside and wax it but it just isn't worth my time.

I think it is great for the price and how well it runs......

It's really rough. These pics make it look wonderful :laugh:. It's not. Every part on the body is bad except the rear bumper and trunk lid. I can't even describe the inside :nonono:. It was in a front end collision and the core support is all fugged up....... It's bad, real bad. I don't think I will break even on this one unfortunatly. I drove too far to not take it home with me.
 
Not yet, but I am sure he wouldn't tell anyone if you showed up at his door step :D. :laugh:

The SE looks better than the SVT :blackeye:.

I wish I could afford to put a new core support, new body, and interior towards the SF but it is so bad. Looks good in the pics though :D.
 
Name it.....
-seat hinges are broke
-drivers power doesn't work
-dirty as a mo fo
-both plastic trims for front seats broken off the seats
-carpet is stained so bad
-dash has no warp and looked good accept for the two huge tears in it by the radio
-all running board trim has the clips busted off so they can't ever go back on tight
-rear seat back is bent because someone tried to pry it open to get in the trunk
-trunk will not open with key and cable for trunk release is siezed
-floor mats are junk, even the rears
-steering wheel is garbage
-passenger door panel is ripped


do you want me to keep going:D? This was just at a glance, I'm not planning on making anything on the interior though I will clean everything as best I can and post it up for sale. I need every penny I can get from this thing......
 
Haha, that would surely work. The some guys here would really be pissed then :laugh:..... Naw, I will be happy to break even seriously. I will have parts up for sale soon.
 
I went with Fuz to get the parts SVT. Let me assure everyone that it is not worth saving. Dents, dings, rot, rust, stains, spills, smells.....you name it, it has plenty of each. I didn't even want to touch the interior, it was just nasty! At least the few decent parts are being used to save another contour.
