I have always loved the output of projectors vs. regular headlights, plus the fact I can install HID without blinding other drivers. So, I had them installed on my PGT and now I have them installed on my CSVT.
Here are the progress pictures. (I have yet to get pictures of my car clean with them installed) Plus I am still waiting on my HID set up.

I'll add more pictures in a couple days.. But this is how it sits (with the other installed as well of course)

The projectors are not off a car. They are aftermarket "driving" lights. I modified the guts in order to get a wider beam. The cut off is still at the same height, but it now shines from the halfway point, down. As you can see in the one picture, the beam was very limited.

I would have brought them further forward, but being projectors, there is no reason to "invade" the housings.

I'm looking at making another set soon, for :censored::censored::censored::censored:s and giggles. I'll be using Audi projectors.

I don't mind making a couple sets, but I don't know what the service would be worth to anyone. I can make them then sell them as I go, I suppose.

I think you did a good job! :) But I think I would have started with a fresh new set of headlights because even after sanding, they are still pretty hazy. Maybe Im just anal.

Not bad for a first effort. Throw a better projector in there, wire up some 4300k HID's and you would be set.

It's all about the projector/lens combo for intensity, width, color, etc. When done right the results will be night and day, however, it does get pricey.

I agree 100%. As soon as my HID's come in, I'll be doing some adjusting. I may get different lenses for them as well. But I'm also shopping for another set of projectors to try out.

As for starting with new headlights, maybe when I do another set in the future, but these cost $20 cad for the set, so I cannot complain. But you are right, even after sanding, polishing, waxing.. ect.. they still kinda suck.

Thank you everyone for your compliments!!

Those look really good. I do agree with whoever said they could stick out a little more. I was also curious if the 1/4" gap around the projector, between the projector and the housing, is going to be filled or covered with anything? Looks great though, great job.

wouldn't those leak and have condensation issues having the huge gap around the projectors?
