I live closeby to a COOL LOCATION , so I figured I'd take a few minutes (I have very few lately) and hop over in my daily driver & shoot some pics - enjoy !

I love that car, it came out perfect. nice shots too! That's a great spot for the shoot
 
Hey mister that's only about 15 mins away from where I live.

Had I know I could have met ya at da Weaver's Hardware Store to chat once naw... (That was my attempt at a PA German accent) :laugh:

What were you doing in Fleetwood? LMK if your in the area again.
 
Thanks guys - it really gets attention in amongst the cookie cutter cars of today . Driving it every day gives me a chance to see some silly looks as people try to figure out what it is . Lots of thumbs-ups & waves , with the occasional WTF is it thrown in for good measure .

Yup , that's my daily driver , plus I use it to do all of my knock-around driving (comes out to be about 200 mi/wk) . It's not really too bad on fuel , as it's a 2-liter 4-popper . I'd venture a pretty good estimate as low-20's mpg around town .

I have some more stuff for him to do - he'll (hopefully) be doing it in the next few weeks . I have more plans for the car that just didn't get done before I pushed it into DD status this winter . I knoew that'd happen , lol .

Forgot to mention ... It was a last minute decision to go to Fleetwood . I woke up on sunday morning , and mom & baby were quiet , so out the door I went !

FYI, I'm having a *really* hard time reading your posts under the CEG Silver Frost theme.

The car looks great, especially for being a daily driver ... and beautiful location too!

Yea , I know about the trouble reading posts . The silver makes it a PITA . I've been posting in green for so damn long (many years) , it's hard not to . RED is really hard to read on the silver too :shocked: .
