Water In The Trunk

It's been raining most of the day (and I had a root canal today) and tonight I opened the trunk of my 98' tour and there is water near each wheel wells, inside the trunk. Anybody else have this happen? Where/what might be the source of the leak?

yep. put a bead of rtv along the foam on your taillights.

Wicked I'd get this after long drives in the rain.. can't be good for the sub, plus is makes the trunk reak.

Could also be the trunk vents.

My trunk leaks too. I have a 2000 SE and I have already "sealed" the taillights, how do you get to those vents without removing the bumper? Can they be accessed from underneath or inside??

See if there is water coming out of the backup lights in the decklid, or the black cover's access panel to the backup lights. Both my family's Mystiques had water leaks around the taillight panel/decklid gasket, which is like the ones in 98-00 Tours.
