Door Alignment?

Hello all,

The driver's door on my SVT seems out of alignment. It just doesn't "feel" the same as the other doors when opening and closing. As a matter of fact, recently I've noticed that when I open it from the outside, it doesn't even feel like it was latched (it always is, though). Also, lately I've been having to shut it a little harder than normal for it to close all the way.

I should also say that about 3 years ago, I had it jacked up from the front/driver side jack point, and my dad opened the driver's door to grab something inside. It has been a little bit of a problem since then, but it seems to have grown a little.

Anyone here know how to re-align the door?

Before you do that, try greasing (lubing) the check straps first. That may be the problem you are experiencing.
