Hello again! I was just wondering if anyone has had problems with one of their headlight clusters fogging up. I have several picts to illustrate what i mean...

this is a closeup...

this is a shot at the front of my car, you can see the passenger side is clear, and the driver side is not.

I am wondering if there is anything i can do to fix this problem. I have already removed this light cluster before and inspected for leaks with no success. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

remove the headlight and fill it up with water, i doubt water will pour out a crack or seem but u might get a little drip from where the moisture is getting in and if its in an area where its not visible u can seal it with silicone or pvc glue. just a sugestion

Water can destroy the chrome bezel inside so filling it with water is a horrible idea.

LMAO!! So stupid.

Remove the bulbs, use a hairdryer to dry out the moisture. Reinstall bulbs and hope it does not appear again.

If it does, you may want to do "major surgery". Drill a small hole at the bottom and towards the back. This will help to "force" the moisture out as you are driving.

Or you could get new headlamps for $110. ;)

if you take off the headlight there's a rubber type "straw" on the back that points down. it's a vent. Inside is a piece of foam that's supposed to keep bugs and stuff out i guess. it might be clogged or otherwise obstructed.
