I have a 2000 Svt contour looking for an ss y pipe and last time i Looked it was a 2 bolt. I have a bosal cat back with res delete. So I don't know if I want gutted pre cats but I need it quieter. Mine is rusted out and has lots of pin holes. Has to be complete with cat and pre cats with flex pipe. Il have $$ with in a month an looking to spend 2-300 with shipping
 
If you have a 2k with a flex pipe it is a 3-bolt system. 2-bolts do not have flex pipe they use a over sized "donut gasket" at the cat/y-pipe connection.
