Looking for a few parts to finish off for my SeVT build. Shipped or Local

PCM: CSVT early/1999/2.5L HO/SFG2/19#/Return WITH KEY (don't wanna pay ford for programming) Got it!!
CSVT Fuel Pressure Regulator Got it!!
#19 injector pigtails Got it!!
CSVT Throttle Body Bracket Got it!!
CSVT Throttle Cable Still need!!
