Wheel adapters

I'm pretty sure the smallest adapter you can get is 1" in thickness. You figure your entire bolt and special lug nuts need to be recessed down into the spacer. At the end of the day, your left with 4 wheels thats pushed out beyond all the fenders...especially in the rear You'll probably be a good 1/2" pass the fender in the rear. Bottom line, it wont work unless you going to fabricate some widebody fenders. I would also imagine that all of your wheel bearings will be grinding in no time.

FWIW, my 19x8 Axis wheels with NO spacers were hitting the fenders in the rear until I rolled them.

I've been looking to sell them and buy new ones in the proper bolt pattern but the 16s, ( 1 inch smaller diameter than mine), costs $320 each.

Thanks for the info. Anybody have any opinions on whether I should give it a try or just fork up the extra cash for smaller traklites.
