Sure you can. You'd have to rig it up with a diode. But you could have them come on full power, half power, or anything in between. It all depends on how much current you give them; but they aren't only on/off.

I knowww thats why I said "not really"! It's not as easy as 6V/12V...Also a microcontroller and some pulse width modulation could do the trick I believe...

You should figure out a way to get those amber LED sticks working as parking/blinkers properly.
