Ok this puzzled me. i just got a '00 svt gauge cluster for my '99 SE v6 but the speedometer is reading high. it is close to accurate but on average about 5mph off. also when the imrc opened on my SE gauges (3200 rpm) the speedometer read approx. 72mph. with the svt gauges it is reading like 78mph ish. anyone know whats going on or know how to fix? i know it is off and i am just reading my tach for speed right now but what speed do the actual svts read at imrc opening? im lost please help

thats what happens when you put gauges that are designed to go to 160MPH in place of ones that only went to 130MPH originally. :troutslap:

i figured the needle would just follow the same path that it used to aka 70mph would be like 85mph with the new gauges. you know WAY out of calibration. anyway is 72mph at imrc opening correct? that would be helpful thank you
