I finished up my custom Vortech supercharger kit and I'm looking for someone local with a 2.5L car who is interested in the kit. I'm running one on my 3L Cougar right now and it's a monster. Most people out there have 2.5L's so I'd like to get some 2.5L numbers. The kit is in no way related to the previous problem ridden Vortech kit. It doesn't even use the same headunit. We will install the kit for free for this person as long as they get us dyno numbers after the install. For more info PM me. I'm almost finished gathering parts for 4 more kits so I'd like to get moving. We are located in Minneapolis, MN.

Good luck though they should make some serious power! I bet if you tease TRicker about it enough he'll take the bait.
 
If you have a 3L and you are interested I'd also be willing to go that route also. We have a few kits so as long as we get one 2.5L I'll be happy. :) Even if we get another 3L I can verify things fit and take more pictures of the install so we get a good install document for people.

The cougar guys in MN aren't really interested in modding their cars from what I can tell. Most are in college and don't have the money. Besides I'd like to verify it fits under a Contour hood as the Contour hood is slightly different and may dip down in that area causing some issues.

Oh I see... At least we have that going for our MN Contour community :laugh:

I have a stock 2.5 svt, but dont know much about engines so not sure if im the one
 
Hey, I'd still be willing to sell you a kit but I'm not going out there to install it. :laugh: You'd just have to keep in contact with me so I can send you different pulleys to get the right amount of boost, send pictures of the install, and final dyno numbers.
