Transmission bolt to motor locations with picture.

2.5L/3L to manual transmission.

Make it a sticky if it helps anyone.


Blue dot on the left is showing bolt that is through the oil pan to the transmission and is located at the front of the motor (radiator side).

Then the red dot on the top is showing the bolt that is top center of the transmission.

Blue dot on the right is showing the bolt that is through the oil pan to the transmission and is located at the back of the motor (firewall side).

Very nice, It would be nice for someone (if not you) to add the size and pitch. I can think of several posts of people that ask so they can mount their new 3L to a stand.

Thanks Blu_fuz. I had my bolts laid out like that but forgot to take a picture before I stole a couple to mount the block to my stand. I was dreading having to try and work out where the longer and shorter bolts went
