Tips on fixing up and repainting the front bumper?

I was thinking that since I'll be refiberglassing the mirko and repainting, I want to try to do the bumper this time. Then maybe the hood depending on how it works out. Last time with the lip, I picked up some color matched aerosol cans from Autozone, and it did a pretty damn good match job (slightly darker, but obviously since the car has been weathered and beaten by the sun for 13 years).

Anyways, I have a small tear in the corner of the bumper. How should I go about fixing that? I thought a good ol torch and melting it back together, but figured thats way out of line and there should be a better way lol

Go to a good body shop supply house. They have the materials to correct this flaw.
