If your found speeding in a school zone in Illinois there is a mandatory 90 day suspension of your license.
Wife found that out the hard way.

She went to court on the case. The intimidating judge told her that she would be wasting her time with a lawyer and to plead guilty. Since she thought she could handle this herself I wasn't there for any assistance she plead guilty. When she called me about the suspension I immediately called my lawyer. $850.00 later he had the judgment overturned. Now she will plead not guilty at her next court date.

What a pain in the ass this has been!
That money could have been for my 3L conversion!
