dirt in the track or broken motor. get the dirt outta the tracks first. if no dirt, then look at the gear inside the motor. if thats fine, then the motor's done. one of those 3 should solve it...
Check the plastic trim that screws to the section in the front under the glass. The rear section can pop out from under the track and stop it from sliding back.
