Spring Zing 2011 Registration

Spring Zing 2011 Registration will be open on Wednesday February 9

Registration will include: Name tag/lanyard, T-shirt, 2 contour.org vinyl decals, Banquet Dinner, and awards for the Show N Shine

After April 19, 2011 Registration will be $55 per person. If you wish to register and receive a T-shirt you MUST have your registration money in no later than May 5, 2011. Anyone requiring a T-shirt 2X-5X please add $2 to your registration.

Banquet food options are as follows
Spaghetti with Meatballs
15-Layer Lasagne
Four-Cheese Manicotti
Fettuccini Alfredo
Chicken Parmigiana
Chicken Caesar Salad
Dinner will include a house salad, bread, and soft drinks
