Everyone here goes to the southern states to avoid rust.

That is another reason why. Most of the cars up north have been rusted out or are beginning, too. And I'm trying to avoid buying a car like that, you know? Don't want to put more money into something that could be avoided.

None the less, I would love to, but I just don't have that kind of money. Just like everyone else has said, if I had the money, I would be all over it. It's like, the perfect SVT for me. So I have to work with what I have

Yeah, any car that's been driven through salt/sand/snow for even a couple winters will show more rust underneath than your southern cars
