1) How long of a hose did you get for you oil supply line from the heads to your turbo "cartridge"?

1a) Did you get a 90 degree fitting so that the entire line wouldn't have to bend from a horizontal to verticle position?

2) How long of a hose did you get for your oil return line from the "cartridge" to the oil return oriface into the block/pan?

If ball bearing turbo I suggest a -3 line and no bigger than a -4 on a standard bearing without a reducer. I would get a line long enough to make a loop in so there is always some oil sitting in it ready to go when you start it up. 24" to 36" I'd say. They come pre made at a speed shop down here.

You can have a line made with a 90 degree fitting on it. That is what I used.

Any size line works fine but you need a restrictor. I made my restrictor in the fitting screwed into the turbo cartridge. Then it doesn't matter what size line you use.
A 1/16" hole in the restrictor going into the turbo is what I've used over and over.

Oh, and for the return line you need to factor in moving it around the pipes. I used 1/2" tubing and I think it is far superior to using rubber or rubber/steel lines.
However, maybe 30" of line just to be sure you get enough for bends.

45 degree 1/2 NPT to -10AN fitting for tapping into the block like I did on my old setup (on the rolled Contour):

Custom 34" -10AN Braided SS drain line (wanted a little extra to play with placement):

Straight 1/4" NPT to -4AN Oil supply fitting (for head):

3' of -4AN SS oil supply line (should I go with 4' for the "loop" or is 3' enough?):

90 degree -4AN male/female fitting:

I already have a Function7 oil restrictor on the turbo cartridge, so these are the only oil supply parts I need. Anyone think they are the wrong parts/wrong lengths? Keep in mind, my turbo placement is going to be very similar to where Instigator's was.
