P1506: Replaced IAC and no change

Revival. I too have a 1506 over speed code. I had a feeling it may not be the IAC because it seems to be doing it's job as the code shows up every 3 to 5 days which tells me i have a momentary short or a EVAP problem of some sort.
has anyone found an actual fix ?
I know this seems to be more 3.0 based, but i'm running a 2.5 w/ high mileage. Haven't checked the system one bit but will check for leaks and buildup of anytype and report back.
