UPDATE:

It's showing a morning rain till 10:00 am. As a precaution we have moved the dyno time to 10:30. Allowing the dyno driver to bring the dyno mobile to the site in a timely fashion. This will allow him to setup his generators and canopy so his equipment won't be rained on.
