Alright New Yorkers I have a question about the inspection on the exhaust. What all do they look for? What should I make sure to have on my car for it to pass?
The reason I ask is because my SVT has been register in California and it passed inspection there but I have since deleted the resonator and replaced it with a glasspack. Now I'm about to turbo my car and while the kit has a high flow cat, I'm looking into a 3 inch trubendz exhaust and it only comes minus mufflers so is that not going to fly? I could just get the piping kit and put mufflers it but are there requires for the mufflers or would any universal work? I hope someone can shed some light on this for me.
