no fuel pressure

I've had a 98 contour se sitting in my driveway for about 5 months now and it's got no fuel pressure. the relay is brand new and I even tried swapping an entire tank from a mystique (pump didn't match but the plugs did). I tested for voltage everywhere on the purple wire which is apparently positive for the pump and nothing past the fuse box. it's not the relay and it can't be the pump itself because it was just running a few months ago with no problems. Anyone have any idea?

did you check the fuel pump kill switch? drivers foot well, near the dead pedal on the side. there is a small hole in the plastic that you can reach through and press the red button.

How do you know it's not the relay? Did you put another in it's place and try? It sounds like if it has power at the box/relay, and not past it, then the relay could be the problem.
