However...if the throttle comes up over idle the engine stumbles and I can hear a tick coming from the #5 and #6 cylinders. :blackeye:
Any idea what may be causing this?

It's probably the same ticking you heard when you were driving it. And it may be the same as all the other motors that have gone as a result of the waterpumps failing. The #6 cylinder is the one that usually fails, certainly happened to the other car in my garage and to the first SVT I had that the waterpump went out in.
I could be wrong though.
The car can stay here as long as needed and I certainly don't mind.

Can I drive this thing 2 1/2 hrs back to Salisbury? I really don't have any other way to get back home:blackeye:. Should I be looking for an 3L?
