I'm running a custom application and I've got the boost gauge connected to the lines that connect to the UIM just behind the Throttle body. My impeller is spinning at 36,000 rpms at redline, is it possible that I am not generating any measurable boost?

I have rammed the charged air from a 3" outlet from the blower, into a 2.5" pipe where I have all my connections BOV, and one connections that I think is the idle air bypass (it connects the charge pipe to the upper intake)

Is there something that i've done wrong here?

It doesn't sound like you are.

Is it possible your BOV is leaking boost or anywhere else in the intake tract not sealing?

Is your gauge Boost/VAC or just boost? If both, are you drawing a vacuum at idle?

My digital gauge is only boost

My digital gauge is only boost

My BOV works fine, so I know there is vaccuum, I can only think that i"ve got a leak in the forced air.

I think I can hear the air psssting out of somewhere when I'm at high RPM's Sounds like it's comming from the brake booster!
