So, I started this today, and finished today. 5.5 hours, that's good time! My last set was a quad retrofit with Cougar projectors high and low. Im glad I went that route first because I learned A LOT. This second build I went with just the low beam projector and kept the stock high beam. The projector is actually bixenon so it will be wired up to run quad highs when my connectors come in. It's a 2.5" bixenon projector with a clear lens. It has the outdated shield so the cutoff and foreground isn't as good as the revised version. This time, I mounted the projectors to the reflector so I could retain the aiming characteristics. And what was cool with these 2.5" projectors was that I was able to keep and reinstall the rubber grommets that seal the back where the bulbs are with a little bit of cutting modifications. ANYWAYS! Picture time!

Getting the hang of it, awesome!

I like you can still aim them like stock.

Thanks guys. The output is much more appealing than the last set for sure.

I first used clear silicone sealer as its felixble when it dries. That way I can manipulate the position before applying epoxy to harden the seal up.

Mikey,
Great work on those lights and yes, the day you decide to sell that car as it stands, I'll most likely bid on it, hahahaha.
Do you have pictures of the car from the rear and side? Are those cobra wheels on it? LOVE IT!

Hahaha thanks! I'll post some pictures up later when I get back on my computer at the house. And yes, they are Cobra wheels, in 4x108 lol

Here's an output shot I took tonight. The driver side bulb is kinda dim because I realized I tested with a 55 watt ballast, so it kinda killed the bulb a bit. I ordered replacement bulbs so I'll replace both of them when they come in. Also, naujcdl, here's a few pics.
