intake air side pocket removal

quick question how do you remove the intake air pocket on the fender? i tried taking it out by taking the screw off but seems like the fuse box is in the way. do i have to move the fuse box? how do you move it? thanks

You can unbolt the fuse box and move it over a little to make room.
