HID burnout

I installed my HID's from DDM about a week ago, and they have been working great. Tonight, started the car and turned on the lights and the passenger is not on. I at first thought it might be my connections had come loose. Checked everything and it's all good but the light isn't coming on. . .any thoughts? Ballast, bulb?

swap the ballast from one side to the other and see what light doesn't work. Then go from there to narrow it down.

Nah I know better than that, I'll check the ballast thing this weekend.

They will send you a replacement but they are a pain to get ahold of.
