Heater blower motor question

I am attempting to seperate the heater blower motor fan wheel (plastic/nylon) from the heater blower motor shaft. I have removed the retaining clip, and of course didn't expect it to "jump off" into my hands. I have pulled and gently pried, with zero movement in the direction desired - off!! I am shipping this fan wheel to another 'Tour owner and do not want to damage/destroy this fan wheel.

What gotcha's and 'helpful hints/tips' can everyone offer up? Maybe a little heat to soften the plastic/nylon wheel before applying the 'pull' to remove it?

Couple drops WD40, push it DOWN slightly further to loosen it up then pull off.

when we changed mine in class we used a punch and drove the shaft through the fan. worked just fine.

This worked, after the general application of WD40 the punch/drift and my small ball peen hammer.......off she came, just like in the movies!!
