head lights

I was at a yard today taking parts from I believe a 98 csvt. I noticed the headlights seemed to have like a tint to them compared to mine which are standard clear. are these just different year factory or are there tinted/ smoked lights light options have not seen any for sale?

No. There was no option other than the standard clear. Anything else was done by the owner.

They may have been hightowered....if they were painted on the inside.
