one of my friends mothers works in the local perkins. on a bad night her tips amount to $120. All cash.

Unless you know somebody, they usually don't hire young kids (people under 20 normally). I knew some people that worked at the auction.

Ford Hired a bunch of Temporary part time employee's @ $18 dollars and change a hour last month. They worked a week, and then were laid off due to a assembly plant that idled for a week. They brought them back tho.. Not sure how long that will last, as full time tenured UAW hourly people from the newly closed Ford plants will be slowly be trickling in to take their spots.
