I have been hiding this transmission for a few years thinking I would/could use it in a project. I've kind of dropped out of the car game for now and am focusing my attention elsewhere to keep busy.


This trans is ready to install.

Price is $800 + shipping in USA only.

It's actually a '01 Cougar MTX75 trans (same as Contour). Has NO grinds :cool:. Updated shift forks :cool: and a Torsen T-2 differential in it :cool:.

The added parts cost and labor is well over what I am asking for the entire trans. Payment MUST be sent as a money order. I'm right about at my limit for paypal transactions, so this needs to be done outside of paypal.


Looking for a quick sale if possible. I would rather see it go to a new home that sit here. Oh, and I need the moola :laugh: ;)

There is about 20k miles on the upgrades and unknown on the rest of the trans.

CLASSIFIEDS RULES
