Is there a how-to on how to remove the front and rear bumpers?

Not sure if there is an official how to but I've posted the procedure several times. Its a no brainer for both though.
service manual or cd will have the steps ...

rear bumper has a torx screw and a phillips on each side by the rear doors. then 4 nuts on the bumper reinforcement and it'll come right off for you. as for the front bumper, theres just a couple bolts on each side (10mm correct me if i'm wrong) and a screw on either side holding the inner fender well in. then directly on the bottom, there should be a weird rubber push pin thing going right through the bottom of the bumper. theres also a couple push pins on top and then the front bumper will come right out
edit: there are also little metal arms that attach to each corner of the front bumper that have a 12mm(??) nut on them

you are correct i just did it couple weeks ago and its really easy. just kind of look around for anything attached to either and take it off.
