Front license plate bracket/holder

Well, I've officially changed residency after 2.5 years in Texas. Anyways, Texas requires a front mounted plate.

I am wondering if anyone knows how to mount one without drilling through the front bumper and where to pick up one of these brackets. I'm guessing any auto parts store should be selling these.

I say screw it, drill into the bumper lol

please search, as several methods have been posted about. Daker showed a way to mount the palte without drilling. I did drill hole under the bumper in the area of the lower grill, up under so if I take the little angle brackets off no one will see the holes.
