Wow this is good information since I may be coming to Germany this summer. I should find out where I'm going tomorrow.

Its easy to get around...just takes some time. This is why you get to know guys in the Trans Squadron and find out what one of them does inspections and when they can do it without the big dogs there. I never had to deal with anything (but I was friends with an inspector) and usually with a hundred dolla bill I could get anyones car either impounded or passed
