Ebay Cold Air Intake

I havent found anything on this particular Cold Air Intake. I was wondering how hard it would be to put this cold air intake in and if there would be any cutting and stuff involved.

it does say its for 00-04 foci only. so my assumption is that mods will be needed. just go ahead n get one that fits. Air intakes aren't that expensive.

Do you have the four banger (Zetec) motor?
If so that will be more than it's worth to try and install.

A decent shorty intake with a heatshield will do you just fine if you have the 2.0 motor...

I'm agreeing with Steve on this one, I got a cheap-o Focus intake Short ram (non cold air intake), and since the air filter is so far away from the motor, a CAI really wouldn't make that much of a difference, Your best bet is to bet a cheap-o Focus short ram intake (where the filter is still in the engine bay) and getting a heat shield, you can build a heat shield out of a trash can and some tear able foam insulation.

Check the zetec performance forum, I dont remember the title but some one bought a focus intake off ebay for like $30 bucks which includes shipping and put it on there, go check it out.
