E _fan not working

The way it works, BOTH fans come on from Green relay at lower speed and then BOTH at higher speed using Black relay. Common failure is the resistor on the fan housing (down low). If you jump Green relay, and it runs both fans, resistor is OK. See Fan topic Note, this is 1998 information. Might want to verify that the relays are still Green=Low, Black=High speed in your owners manual.

Most likely, located down in the lower corner of the fan assy. At least you know the fans themselves work! Could also be the relay or wiring issue.
