here is a question, Why? People still havent seen the limits of the 3L yet, only the limits of the contours ability to put the power down.

Dropping the 35 would be pointless other than to say you can do it.

Money would be better spent on getting Slicks and axles made etc.

There is more potential in the 3L's but no one has be able to put it all to the ground. I think time and money needs to be invested in the rest of the drivetrain before anyone really thinks about putting a larger motor in. The power it would make would never make it to the ground

I'd like to see someone with the time and money put in an all wheel drive system from a Jaguar or a Mondeo.
