Something I just thought of when replying to your other thread is the importance of being at operating temp. Are these warm readings your getting?


no they where not warm reading but the pcm had already gone to close loop. I also reset the pcm and got the same values.
 
in case anyone was wondering I know the reason I was getting a P0401. I must have broken the egr valve vacuum like fitting off the egr vacuum solenoid when I was removing the rear O2 sensor. So the line to the egr was disconnected from the solenoid which would in turn prevent it from openning and therefor a P0401 was set for insufficient egr flow.
