2nd day information

On October 3rd will be a “Clubs Only” test and tune autocross. This event will be open to current members, in good standing of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), Heart of Illinois Sports Car Club (HISCC), Society for Automotive Engineers (SAE), Champaign County Sports Car Club (CCSCC), Porsche Club of America (PCA), and BMW Car Club of America (BMWCCA).

These clubs were chosen as a thank you for their help to plan autocross and street survival events this year in Mossville. We would also like to give the members that typically don't run Saturday to allow non-members to run, the opportunity to run.

The format of this event will be a “test and tune.” All participating individuals will be required to work the event for a heat, as with a normal autocross event. There will be no normal trophies, but the clubs will have the option to have their own contests.

Registration will be available on Myautoevents at the same time, through:

http://www.myautoevents.com/pls/mae/frmEventDetail.Show?psevent_id=11735

except you are required to specify club and number. You may register online for a membership in one of the clubs listed in the drop down or join the club at the event. If you decide to join on Sunday, then choose the club which you plan to join and put "Will Join at the Event" where the membership number should be. Please ensure that your membership is current and in good standing.

Nonmembers are welcome to register for the Saturday event (through myautoevents.com) as it is open to the public.
